Fall 2024 - Michigan Diabetes Prevention Network Meeting

This in-person meeting focused mostly on gaining input from participants on their top diabetes prevention needs, how the Diabetes Prevention Network and MDHHS can best support them, troubleshooting Medicaid DPP enrollment and claims issues, and brief national and Michigan-level updates regarding diabetes prevention.

2024 DPRP Standards

The CDC Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program (DPRP) Standards and Operating Procedures (DPRP Standards) have been updated . These affect Michigan DPP providers and are active through April 2027.
