The Michigan Diabetes Prevention Network (DPN) was created to support and engage partners in diabetes prevention and serve as a vehicle to share information and resources to help you as you deliver your diabetes prevention programs.
DPP Audience Profiles
CDC has created profiles for select populations to help enhance screening, recruitment, and enrollment of these groups into DPP. Each profile offers national-level information on diabetes prevalence, information to help understand the group, behaviors, habits, considerations for messaging and outreach, and a guide to better understand the population.- 65 and Older Audience Profile

The CDC Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program (DPRP) Standards and Operating Procedures (DPRP Standards) have been updated . These affect Michigan DPP providers and are active through April 2024.Links
