Michigan DPP Community of Practice Calls
If you are a Lifestyle Coach or Program Coordinator for the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), we encourage you to join us for our regularly scheduled
Michigan DPP Community of Practice (COP) calls. They are held the second week of every month, alternating between Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. and Mondays at 3:00 p.m. We also have quarterly COP calls for people interested in support for Medicaid and/or Medicare DPP providers.
The optional calls are meant to bring together people from across the state who offer DPP to network, best practice share, problem solve, and help us work together to improve the way we serve Michigan residents by our diabetes prevention efforts.
